Just watched Forks Over Knives and Food Inc.
and WOW. I think I finally have enough fuel to be vegan for real this time. Along with being vegetarian for 3+ years it should be a (semi) breeze. As long as I ignore about 85% of the other vegans…sometimes they are a bit too overpowering. I’m actually excited about getting started :).
I think i’m finally ready to jump back on the vegan train. I was thinking of doing 5 days on and 2 days off with my mom, but now i’m going to just keep going for as long as I can. BUT…I have made the decision to not be on trips or cut out honey. So I guess I won’t be a “true” vegan, but oh well. At least i’m still a true vegetarian, right?
